Excellent Performance. Ship in Better Box

Antenna performance is excellent. The Box that it is shipped in is inadequate for Shipping via FedEx Ground. Box damage resulted in missing parts that were promptly replaced.
Great Antenna!

I had a uhf yagi tv antenna with a 30db amplifier on it.(9ft long). This antenna picks up fringe stations much better! Be sure to use Dual shield RG6 coax, though. I had the better RG11 snd could only get 3 channels. Switched to thr RG6, got 90! They say not to use any other coax, they mean it.

Perfect solution, easy assembly

After trying various Winegard, GE and RCA antennas, I read researched and read reviews on the Televes DATBOSS. This antenna cured my weak signal/pixeling problems. It's attic mounted, 30 miles from TV towers, a couple of obstructions in between. I don't know if it's the unique design and/or the variable strength amplifier. It works perfectly and my search is over! Thank you Televes and Solid Signal (your Youtube instructions made assembly a breeze)!
Great for Local Towers

For stations within 30 miles this does a great job. Signal strength is at 90-100%. But for broadcast towers further out the DB4e out performs it. I tested it in the same place as the DB4e with the same cables. I've moved it up/down, changed the cables but still can't get a signal over 46% from a tower 51 miles away. Even the Five Star Yagi does better.
Televes DATBOSS UHF excellent reception and construction

This replaced an old antenna that was in the attic that had 4 short UHF elements. All of my digital channels are on UHF. DATBOSS UHF doubled and tripled my reception strength to a flawless minimum 4 out of 5 bars without the amplifier connected. It is smaller than the old antenna, but has 18 short UHF elements. I am in St Louis suburbs, 8-16 miles from signals, 100 degrees apart. I now receive 21 more signals. I receive the ATSC 3.0 signals too. It's mounted in my attic, 15ft above ground, solid copper double shield RG6, it's pointed directly thru a 50' oak tree. Very well constructed and simple to assemble. I connected all 3 TVs to this with way better reception than the flat wall antennas in the 2 bedrooms.
