System
installed in your home is easy! We have refined
the process to make your satellite installation
process as simple as possible. Get started

Ordering Your DIRECTV
System -
New DIRECTV customers only |

Decide on a system that is right for
you. We recommend starting by
determining the number of rooms
(TVs) you would like to watch DIRECTV
programming.
We have created a wide variety of
systems to choose from, see the top of
the page for choices. Once you have your
system selected, order your
system online by placing it in your cart
and checkout. Please read the
DIRECTV Terms and
Conditions prior to checkout.
All new DIRECTV customers must agree to
a 2-year service agreement at time of
checkout. You'll also be asked to agree
to these terms during the checkout
process. |

System Shipment / Installation
Arrangement |

Standard Professional Installation
is part of every DIRECTV System purchase available
from Solid Signal. After
you place your order, an installation
coordinator will contact you via phone
to confirm the order.
During this time, we will be shipping
out your entire DIRECTV system to the
contracted installation company. There is no need
watch for shipping carrier to deliver
your package - the equipment is sent
directly to the installer to bring to
your home on the day of installation! |

System Installation / Select Programming
|
|
The installation professional will show
up on the pre-scheduled time of your
installation. Please arrange to have
someone over the age of 18 in the home
at the scheduled installation time. The
installer will activate (set-up
programming) on all of your DIRECTV
Receivers at this time. This is the
final step of installation, please have
a good idea of the type of programming
package you are interested in prior to
