When installing a Triple-LNB Multi-Satellite
Dish: |

|
- Bring the 4 coax cables directly from
the dish into the Spaun multiswitch.
- Turn the LNB dial on the front of the
Spaun switch to 22 kHz.
- If upgrading an existing DirecTV system
to a Triple-LNB system the following parts
must be replaced:
- SMS5401NF to SMS5402NF
- SMS5601NF to
SMS5602NF
- SMS5801NF to
SMS5802NF
- SBK5500NF to
SBK5502NF
or
SBK5503NF

When installing a Dual-LNB Standard
Definition System: |
|
|
- Bring the 2 coax cables directly from
the dish to the Spaun multiswitch
- If you are using a HD multiswitch
connect the two leads V/Low and H/Low
input
- Turn the LNB dial on the front of the
Spaun switch to 18V
|
|
Do
not mount the multiswitch in damp conditions.
Protect from weather and allow for adequate
ventilation. |

Synchronous Level Adjuster (Small orange dials) |

|
|
These are to decrease different input levels by
0…-10dB if necessary. If there isn’t a need to
decrease the dB levels, Spaun recommends turning
these dials all the way clockwise. |
