At Solid Signal, we offer all of our customers the ability to ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Two Day Delivery, and FedEx Express Next Day Delivery. Shipping rates are easily calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order and that total amount is incorporated into our shopping cart application. We see this as an advantage to our customers because our shopping cart reflects a "total cost of order" while shopping.

FedEx Ground - Delivery of your item(s) is expected to occur within 4 to 7 days of the placed order date no matter what day you place your order. FedEx Two Day Express - Your shipment is expected to be delivered to the defined shipping location 2 days from the order placement date, assuming that the order was placed before 11:00 AM EST. Saturday and Sunday are not included in delivery days. FedEx Next Day Express - Your shipment is expected to be delivered the following business day (MON-FRI). Next Day shipping requires that your order be placed by 2:00PM EST (Mon-Thurs) to receive your item(s) the following business day. Next day shipping does not guarantee delivery before 10:30 AM, however your packages may arrive in the AM. Saturday and Sunday are not included in delivery days. Saturday Next Day Express - Allows you the choice of having your order arrive on Saturday if you are placing an order Thursday night or before 2:00 PM EST on a Friday. Please call to set up this type of delivery service. Only available in select areas.

FedEx Address Change Charges

FedEx posts a $12.00 for an address change after a shipment is underway. If the shipping address error occurred at time of order placement by the customer during order checkout online, the customer may be subject to a $12.00 address correction charge posted to the credit card used on the particular order.

Service for customers with P.O. Boxes as shipping address

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Using a P.O. Box address as the shipping address during order checkout will delay your order as we seek to obtain an alternate shipping address for the order.

Service for Customers within the 48 Contiguous States

For all addresses within the 48 contiguous states, FedEx guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship. For guaranteed day-definite delivery schedules, please use the Transit Times or view a map based on your origin postal code. Scheduled delivery days are revised from time to time as changes in technology, distribution, and volume occur.

If you would like to receive your goods faster that what is provided by FedEx Ground service, please choose another shipping method during your shopping experience. You may change your shipping method at anytime by viewing your cart and selecting from the drop-down menu near the bottom of your cart.

Service for Customers in Military Locations

All packages shipped to customers located within the boundary lines of United States Military bases in the contiguous United States will automatically be charged a surcharge of $15.00 (USD). This is to cover the additional charges applied by United States Postal Service (USPS).

Service for Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Most packages shipped to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped by FedEx Ground and the freight charge will reflect the Express Two Day pricing for shipping. Customers who are shipping items purchased at Solid Signal should choose "2nd Day Air" during order checkout as the shipping method. If you chose FedEx Ground during checkout, additional freight charges will apply and your order will be adjusted to reflect those charges. All items will we shipped FedEx Ground.

Service for Customers purchasing Antenna Towers

Shipment of large antenna towers normally requires the use of a freight line company. UPS and FedEx will not accept such large shipments. If you require a tracking number for your antenna tower order, please contact us by phone so that we may provide shipper and tracking information for your order.

We will ship your order from any one of our distribution centers in various areas of the country, sometimes directly from the manufacturer.

Your package may not specifically say "Solid Signal" on the box

Please do not return the package under the assumption that it is something you did not order.
The method by which your package is shipped is to your advantage and was specifically designed this way to effectively get the products you have purchased at Solid Signal directly to you in fastest way possible. How your package arrives to you will never impact the amount you were originally charged for shipping.
