Unlike the SL3, the SL5 receives satellites 110 and 119 in addition to 99, 101 and 103. The dish you choose depends on what satellites your locals are broadcast on.

SPECIFICATIONS
This is the SL5 LNB for the Slimline dish from DIRECTV. The LNB is smaller, lighter and better looking. It encompasses three LNBs to receive 101°, 110°, 119° degree satellite, plus the new Ka satellite (99°, 103°) for local HD MPEG4 programming.

DESCRIPTION
This is the most versatile DIRECTV dish. It is designed to receive reception from five satellite locations (99°, 101°, 103°, 110°, 119°) and can be used with SWM-8 or SWM-16 adapters for more than eight tuners in the home. It is fully compatible with older legacy receivers and receives all HD broadcasts.
