Recent Review: BigToe - Mesa, - 3/28/2013 Worked perfectly
Worked perfectly BigToe - Mesa, - 3/28/2013 This was the perfect solution for my home.I wanted to get my DirecTV dish off of my flat patio roof but didnt want to mount to facia or side of the house through the stucco.I did sister 2x6 to each side of my 2x4 extended roof rafter for more strength with worked perfectly. The only problem I had was the pre-drilled holes in the mounting plate were a little small for the included lag bolts w
Only rated 4 stars because for my application, rather than a satellite dish, a smaller diameter mast would have been better. I used it, with some slight modification, to mount a fringe area ChannelMaster UHF antenna, Charlie - Keaau, HI - 3/29/2015 12:56:41 AM Very quick delivery in spite of being shipped from the mainland east coast to Hawaii. It would have been nice if lag screws had been included, this necessitated a trip to the hardware store. Once mounted, it was very solid. I could do chin-ups on it if I wanted to. The mount appeared to be well made and painted. I'll know more in a few months when the tropical heat and moisture will have had awhile to bring out any rust spots.
