Worked for my application

Used to combine a large boom vhf antenna with a Clearstream 4 uhf antenna. Im able to pull in problematic channel 8 with the vhf antenna and most other uhf channels with the Clearstream 4. Tried a $13.00 [@] combiner with no success. This is a good product.
This product works!

I am using two of these devices to deliver clean digital TV signals to a preamplifier on a roof installation for home distribution. I installed them in order to configure four stacked antennas (UHF and high VHF) aiming in different directions and can now receive 8 carrier signals (18 channels) off-air. No more cable/satellite/subscription fees! Signals are received from Asheville NC; Charlotte N
Works for FM

Have no VHF stations but used it to split off FM to the stereo and UHF to the TV from a roof top antenna.
Does the job!
- Shoreline, line WA -
We have a ChannelMaster 4221 which does a great job except on VHF ? our channel 9 reception was spotty even though there?s plenty of signal strength here.I built a simple folded dipole (with balun) for channel 9 and used the UVSJ to combine the outputs of the CM4221 and the dipole. Problem solved!
BE careful before you order!!!

I was looking for a separate UHF/ VHF inputs instead they sent me a Blonder Tongue HI/LO device. If you get one of these connect the UHF side to the HI input & Vhf to the LO input. then add to a pre-amp. IF you use a UHF/VHF antenna & combine it with a separate Vhf antenna. connect the U/V antenna to HI side & HI Vhf side to LO side
works
