Determining Shipping & Handling Cost(s) for Items Listed for Purchase |

Determining the
shipping & handling costs for any item listed on Solid Signal is easy,
simply add the item to your shopping cart!
There is no requirement to buy. Adding item(s) to your cart will show
you freight options and the associated costs for the items in your cart
prior to placing the order.

Using
our web site to purchase products |

1. Put Items in Your Cart |
|
Shop around
the site, adding items to your cart. Click on the Solid Signal logo at the
top of the page or continue shopping using the navigation bar on the left.
The "Continue Shopping" button on the shopping cart page will also return
you to the home page shopping area. You will also be able to determine how
much the shipping & handling by adding the items you are interested in
by placing the item(s) in your shopping cart. |

2.
Preview Your Order |
|
This is
done from the shopping cart page. You can get there at any time by
clicking on the "your cart" label near the upper left area of the page.
You will be able to preview your order and make changes later after you
have submitted information during order checkout.

3.
Proceed to Order Processing |
|
When you're
finished shopping and ready to check out, use the checkout button from the
Shopping Cart page. You may also access this area by clicking the order
checkout link under the "your cart" label near the top right corner of the
page. |
|
NOTE: Use the buttons on each of the Shopping Cart, Order Checkout, and
Order Preview pages to navigate these areas. They will help you get
through the order process and tell you what to do next. Do not use your browser back/forward buttons to
move through the cart.. |

This will take your browser back to the page you were viewing when you
entered the Solid Signal web site, the main shopping area. |

Update
Quantity /
Remove
Item (pencil & trash can buttons) |
|
This will update any changes in quantities you make to the items in your
shopping cart. Enter a zero or blank or click on the remove button (trash
can) to remove an item from your cart. Enter a different quantity to
change the quantity ordered for a particular item. Then click the update
quantity (pencil) button for that item to record
changes. |

Important: If you make any changes in quantities you must run the update
quantity before you proceed with next and checkout. |

This will remove all items from your shopping cart. |

Edit
Cart |
|
This will return you to change the quantities of items currently in your
shopping cart. If you change any quantities, you need to use the update
quantity button before proceeding to next. |

Order Checkout
Step 1 - Shipping Information |
|
This will take you to the checkout area where you will be prompted to
enter shipping information. Once your shipping location has been entered,
you will be directed to step 2, entering your billing/preview information. Nothing is billed
until you've gone through the credit card payment process. |

Order Checkout Step 2 - Billing Information / Preview |
|
This will show an Order
Preview for the items currently in your shopping
cart, your shipping information, and and area to collect information
regarding your method of payment. No billing occurs until
you complete the
credit card payment process and a final invoice is displayed.
This is accomplished by clicking the "Step 3 - Process" button
neat the bottom of the page. Clicking on this button will execute the
credit card transaction, so be sure your information is correct prior to
pressing the button. If you accidentally enter in invalid information, you
will be notified and given a chance to resubmit your credit card information.

Link
is located next to shipping information. This enables you to edit shipping or other information for your
order. |

Final Checkout
Step 3 - Order Process |
|
After you enter all needed payment information and your are satisfied with
your order, then click on this button
to submit your payment for final processing. If you are missing needed
information you'll get further instructions. Follow the messages and
prompts, and re-submit until you have all needed information complete.
When your payment information is correct and approved, a final invoice
will be displayed. You should print the final invoice for your records. |
Note: This is the final processing request, your payment will be processed.
Your order will not be shipped until your credit card transaction has been
approved.
Is Your Shopping Cart Working ?
If you are placing items into your cart, but they are not staying in your
cart, then your browser may be rejecting cookies. To find out if your
browser is rejecting cookies, place an item in your cart from anywhere on
the site, and then click on the update quantity button. If your browser
does not have cookies enabled, then you will be redirected to a page with
an error message.
You'll need to enable cookies on your browser to use the shopping cart
feature.
