C. Crane CCRadio Solar Digital AM, FM, Weather + Alert Windup Emergency Radio (CCRS)

I have been a C.Crane customer for many years, and knew that this radio would be a quality product that would perform as promised. It is well worth the cost, as most other emergency radios are not much more than toys that are eye-catchingly and colorfully designed on the exterior, but lack the sophisticated electronics that make up this radio. You do, indeed, get what you pay for in this little gem. Tuning is precise, sound is impressive, the light is bright, and the battery holds a charge for a good while. This makes a useful and thoughtful gift to those close to you!

Expensive but gets alot more stations than the $10 model I have

Solidly built, very good sound quality, useful features in this type of radio & most important - reliable DIGITAL tuning. Definitely recommended.

This radio is exactly as advertised. I have another solar radio that is similar to this one but its performance is not even close to as good as this radio. Very happy I invested in this radio.

I read about this radio and knowing about C Crane I knew it would be everything that was written about it, I like every feature this radio has. It is a true Emergency Designed Radio. I have owned it long enough that if there was some feature I did not like I would have found it. The quality and design make it worth the cost.
