Clearing Pairing
Press and hold Dash and Enter at the same time for 3 seconds until the LED’s flash. The RCU will unpair from the STB.

A great price for a previous generation remote (R2 versus R3) that works with the DirecTV Gemini platform. The biggest difference that I noticed is this version doesn’t have a raised OK key. Nevertheless, this is a great 2nd remote for those that need one (now my wife and I each have our own remote controls).

Is this the only bluetooth remote for Gemini Air?

Really a good addition so we both have remotes. Works like the originals and the only thing we wish is that they all had backlit keys for more than 3 or 4 seconds. That is a designer failure on most all remotes. We would buy all new remotes if they were really backlit. We have not found a new remote that would work with bluetooth like the originals for the DirecTV gemini air.

The Gemini Directv voice control remotes paired quickly and work very well. I purchased an extra one for each TV. Tried other source for remotes and had to return them. The Solid Signal units are great.
