Push a button to change radio station

An outstanding small radio, The thing I like the most is I can program 5 radio stations that I listen to the most and can instantly change from my favorite sports show, to the news station, to a couple of favorite music stations with the push of a button rather than turning a tuning dial trying to home in on the station I want to switch to.

Simple but functional radio with some good features

Works good. I use this for casual listening working outside, news, talk shows, sports etc. and emergency weather alerts. WEATHER alert built in is a plus and is what was the decision maker. Weather alert works well. Needed instructions to set time and understand other features but relatively simple transistor radio. There are 5 "favorite station" buttons available for each band, a clock, and "lock on" to weather alerts option. Seems to be rugged but haven't had any accidents. AM reception is as expected. Orientation to station is needed for more distant or weaker stations. FM is only issue. There is no built-in antenna so must use either wire lead ear phone jack, or if you want to use the speaker must use the external antenna wire supplied. FM works fine but must have the antenna/phone jack plugged in to get reception outside of about 15 miles from station tower. Very good instruction booklet included. Built-in speaker. Nice size if you want to put it in your pocket.

'Love the station presets

This pocket radio offers good FM reception, less good for AM where I live. Weather band works well. I listen only with headphones, not the speaker. The big advantage, for me, is the station presets, which is hard to find in this size of radio. I will mention that this replaces an identical radio which, after about 3 years, stopped working, so hopefully this one will last longer.
