Very happy with this product! DirecTV was trying to force their Genie system down our throats and said we had no other options. Wrong! We ordered 2 of these receivers and they work like a charm! Arrived fast with FedEx ground, too. SignalConnect helped us get our two units up & running in under 15 minutes, which was a welcome change from DirecTV's less,than stellar customer service of the past few years. It seems we are "Legacy" customers and so we always have to be transferred higher up the chain to a rep that can actually help us. So, if you've been with DirecTV for 10+ years, bite the bullet and get your equipment from SolidSignal. You'll save lots of time and you won't have a screaming headache afterward!

Jason at Solid Signal was extremely helpful. He was able to provide the hardware and service that DIRECTV could not. With the help of Solid Signal. DIRECTV still has a customer. Take notice DIRECTV.

These are perhaps the best overall receivers DTV ever engineered. At least a 13 year old design but covers everything needed in a non-Genie environment. They Just Work. Will replace them as they expire as long as Solid Signal has them available
