The OmniPro HD-8000 has cleaned up my reception of all available TV digital stations, but I was hoping to get more from the stations within the 50 mile range.

I am thinking I may need to go higher with the location of the antenna.
simple to install,excellent picture quality,range and picture quality did not deturate during hard rains, picks up from all directions. I would rate it 5 star but to do so I would have to have it longer than 30 days

Installed it with antenna laying on the floor and picked up 30 stations.final choice put it outside 42 clear stations. Mounted it using 1 foot pipe under roof overhang it seemed good to me to protect it from weather and I felt the water proof cable cover was not so good, I live 35 mile NE OF charlotte nc and love the Omni 8000 I recommend outside install

I have a Winegard antenna before and always loose some channels when cloudy or raining. I found this new LAVA omni direction antenna and decide to give a try. I have an answer right after I installed it. I made the right decision. After a week of bad weather, I have no problem with my LAVA antenna. Best antenna I ever have.
