The product was ordered and delivered well. excellent communication. the the mount is heavy duty and all I was expecting. I didn't use the mast that came with it. I used a 5 ' mast from my old mount. This mount enables me to install a more valuable antenna

I was so happy to find SolidSignal. The tripods I ordered were shipped quickly. Fed Ex screwed up the delivery which is normal in my area but did deliver them a few days late -- absolutely not SolidSignal's fault. The product was in good shape and more than meet my expectations!
