Perfect Vision Non-Penetrating Antenna Mount for 2-3/8in O.D. Mast (NPR4A)

Very sturdy--cheaper cost than the model that has upright pole in the middle but does the same job. Better design would have welded nuts on outside to attach support arms, thus allowing unobstructed placement of pole required (provided separately) for antenna attachment using shorter bolts. Had to drill into pole through holes and then insert long bolts provided to secure support arms. I used chain-link fence post to attach antenna.

It works and came on time
