Love this light.

I use it everyday as part of my job needs. It focuses from a wide to nice and tight beam. The battery lasts all day when used incrementally. An overnight charge and it's good for the next day. The only issue I have is that the bezel used to come loose which would allow the lens to come off. A drop of Loctite fixed that problem.

All aluminum, no soft non slip grip, Unknown cost of replaceable battery or the lighting element.

XHP50 is legit - high brightness light that you can put in your pocket

by

Twice as bright as "military grade lights" you see at the gas station. I started getting into these things when flashlights moved from bulb to LED. Especially the CREE LEDs. I have seen this same flashlight on amazon claiming 4000 lumens or more. Nope. Its about 1800 as stated in the description the CREE XHP50 cannot actually shine more than 2000 lumens by nature (look up the specs yourself). Overall this flashlight has a nice alumunim body, (not plastic). The other good feature is that itfits in my pocket, which most of my 2000+ lumen flashlights do not

crazy bright+ pocket sized

This is what I call an everyday carry light. Super bright, charges by usb, so i dont have to fuss with taking out batteries to charge them. 1800 lumen is conservitive. Many people sell XHP50 LED lights claiming so much more. Fun as heck to shine in an open field and night and see EVERYTHING. only downside is it has a strobe setting, but that annoyance seems to be pretty wide spread among flashlights.

Bright light

I only buy rechargeables now. This one seems to be of good quality and is blindingly bright.
