Exactly what was needed A satisfied cus - Ann Arbor, rbor MI - 3/28/2013 Easy to order easy to pick up (being local to the warehouse). Exactly the correct size for the slimline dish. I could not find this specific size at any regular box store. Closest possibility would have been a wholesale specialty metals store.
Hard to find local Dave - Crothersville, rothersville - 3/28/2013 Set in concrete and plumb. Put 5 LNB Directv dish on and adjust. Works great.

Timber update: It';s happening again Marty - Brideport, IL - 7/10/2013 11:27:20 AM This is an update to my past review titled "Timber!". I just noticed that my new pole is severely rusted/corroded at the point it meets the concrete. I did not notice this with the old pole and that is why I assumed it rusted from the inside out. Of course I never paid much attention to the old pole because I never thought it would fail. This pole has an even greater slope to the concrete than the last and the concrete is far above the ground so there is absolutely no way any water is standing around this pole. Water never stands in this area of my yard anyway. I am starting to believe there is some sort of reaction between the pole and the concrete I am using. I am using regular yellow bag Sakrete, nothing fancy and nothing out of the ordinary and not a cheap knock-off brand. Anybody have a suggestion? It hasn';t rusted completely through yet but it soon will. I have put MANY poles in concrete in my life but I have never seen a problem like I am having. Also, I have a decorative lamp post with a thin walled untreated steel pole sitting within 2 or 3 feet of my dish and it has been in the ground for probably 15 years without failing. And the concrete on it is below grade where dirt is contacting the pole. Now that pole is the pole that should have failed, NOT this pole.
TIMBER!! Marty - Bridgeport, geport IL - 3/28/2013 Purchased one of these from Solid Signal for my Slimline Directv dish a couple of years ago.Pole fit perfect and performed great or so I thought.I came home one night and had no satellite reception.Found my dish laying on the ground because this pole had rusted through from the inside out.Thankfully there was no damage to my dish.Pole was set in concrete with plenty of gravel drainage
