Great product. Very easy to install and extremely reliable

I purchased my weboost a few months back with hopes that i could increase my non-existent (mostly) 4G service at my home. Apparently I am too deep into our little valley to get the weboost to capture a signal. On the flip side my experience with customer service was amazing. I was abler to contact them and get a full refund upon returning the equipment, which is rare these days. I expected a restocking fee, there was none.

I use it at work where my office is in a bit of a remote area. I would have liked it better if it had either a weighted bottom to help it stay put.

We had the Home 4G then upgraded to Connect 4G since the Home 4G stopped working we exchanged 4 different products that were refurbished in the mist of exchange our 2 year warranty ended so now we are being told that there is nothing they will be able to do other then offer a discount on a new boost. Why would we purchase a new booster when the last few burnt up. We have even had electrical services come out to look at the outlet to make sure all was okay. We have called troubleshooting numerous times and nothing is working. We would just like a product that will work and not burn up for the price of the product.

Wouldn't be without one in our fulltime RVing lives.

I put a metal roof on my garage and lost all cell service that I had. I tried this product I got more bars than I had to began with. I love this product.

When I moved to my remote off grid property I knew there would be some challenges. This device has absolutely been a game changer. without it I literally would not be able to connect to the internet. with it I am able to stream netflix with little to no issue. I have an adobe house that is pretty much a faraday cage between the 18"mud walls and the chicken wire/stucco interior and exterior no wif/fi or cell signal gets in or out. Unless you hook up one of these boosters then the signal went from 0.02 to 5 full bars.

Went from 1 or no bars to almost full bars all the time

I installed the weBoost in our Arizona home, located in a marginal reception area. Before installing the weBoost we had many dropped calls inside the house. After installing weBoost - no more dropped calls and much improved performance on my providers wifi hot spot. The internal antenna worked, but the performance was improved with the external antenna.
