works great in a all metal cabin building 600 square feet

by

just installed the home small room size unit. I had one bar outside none inside now we have 3-4 bars inside I was never able to use snap chat or use a weather app but now I can

Absolutely love in my cave!!!

Was leery about whether this would work in our new home as well as we live in the Ozark Hills at least 7 miles from the nearest cell phone tower. It is an ICF home which is double-insulated, steel-reinforced concrete forming wall systems. The foam is 2 5/8' thick with 4" of concrete between that and we also have a metal roof with blown in foam insulation so there was no phone signal at all. We now have 2 bars and I was able to face time family last night. The connection was better then my home wifi. Go for it!!

I love it. Would recommend it very highly.

This was super easy to install. Me and my daughter installed this in less than two hours. I went from 0 to maybe one bar in my home, but mostly from no service all the time, to 3-4 bars. I live way out in the country with metal grain bins and metal sheds all around plus a tin top on my house. I would highly recommend this.

Weboost 4G home #470101

Went from 1 bar in closed porch, kitchen, dining an living room to 4 bars. bedrooms end of house we now get 3 bars. It works great after we followed your soft install first. Can't be happier. Tower is 4.5 miles away. Hank

This is a lifesaver, literally

My wife recently had a pacemaker installed. The pacemaker comes with a monitor that requires cell service for it to communicate with the doctor. We had no cell service in out home, we live in a very rural area with extremely poor reception. I could go outside and I could get -121dBm and a very poor one bar that would frequently drop calls. I chose to take the plunge with the WeBoost Home 4G system. I do not get 5 bars with 4G, I get 2 to 3 bars with LTE and occasional 3G service. My signal strength in the house is between. -98 dBm and -108 dBm on the average. I understand that's a poor signal but it is sufficient for my wifes device to function properly. Next week she will be implanted with a cardio mims that will require still yet another monitoring device that requires cell service. This will not take the place of my landline and internet IPS but it will allow my wife the piece of mind that she's getting the service she needs to monitor her health needs. I wanted to share this with folks that might be in my position and give them my experience with this unit. I suspect that one of the higher priced units would work better, but I can not afford them and it was a real gamble for me to try this unit.

Works with some issues

Installation was easy and the unit does work. Just not as big of a difference that I had hoped for.

Wow! Just what we needed!

We had no cell service at our new house...outside of the house, if you stood in a certain area, service would come and go. I honestly did not believe any booster would work in our area, but decided to give it a try, and return it if it didn't work. We unpacked our new WeBoost and followed the simple directions and we were rewarded with great cell service anywhere in the house!! Best Buy of the year!!

It worked pretty good WHEN it wanted

A relative purchased this and asked me to install at his home. There is a tower about 3 miles away but on the other side of hills. Signal outside is sketchy at best for AT&T and very low but mostly reliable for Verizon. Install was fairly simple just time consuming. But went from 1x to 4G inside with Verizon and almost no signal inside to a solid 3G inside. After reading previous reviews from users and comments from the company I am surprised it did him any good at all considering his location and outside signal strength to begin with. Only downside was it would stop working a lot and would have to be re booted. The booster would always be very warm to hot and after 8 months just stopped working all together. Just have to get something more suited to his situation.

Went from dead zone to 3 bars of 4G LTE AT&T

I was a bit skeptic when I dropped around $400 on this system about a month ago, and I am glad I made the purchase. We are out in the country surrounded by trees and hills. Our initial signal was zero.. so after reading the setup guides we decided to mount the antenna to our 50 foot poll tower. We had no idea where the nearest tower was but thanks to some of the q&a post on weboost they referred us to a app called Open signal. We made all the adjustments we needed prior to turning the system on. We powered it up and about 5 to 10 seconds later we had 3 bars of 4G LTE and data download speeds up to 20mbps and uploads up to 5 mbps. We will now be updating our data plans and cancelling our satellite internet and Vonage services. With that being said I'll be saving myself over $100 a month and the weboost will have paid for itself in 4 months. In short.. do research on finding your local towers, make adjustments, take time to set it up correctly and it will work. Thank you weboost!

Works well

I use this to bring Cell signal into my basement office. I mounted the external antenna outside on the wall of my house. Ran the cable beside the Cable TV cable run. Didn't need any new holes in the house except 2 mounting screws on the outside wall. I mounted the internal amplifier/receiver on the end of my shelving unit. set the internal antenna on my desk. I gained a 40 db increase immediately. I didn't ever target the closest cell tower. I "approximated" where it was and mounted it on the outside wall in that direction. I now get better cell signal in my basement than in my back yard.
