well-made antenna. box is 6 1/2' long, not very heavy, I'm older and put it up myself

Done with Spectrum

The antenna is reasonably priced, good quality and works very well. I have it mounted in my attic and feeding an Antennas Direct Model DAX 4-Output TV Antenna Distribution Amplifier. The DAX has a wide temperature operating range so is a good choice for a HOT Florida attic. I used the Antenna Point app to approximate the direction and I haven't bothered to try to improve it since I am getting between 65 - 74 channels on my three (3) televisions. According to the app, most of the broadcast antenna are between 50 - 70 miles from me.

Very pleased

by

Prior to purchasing the HD7694P I was using an RCA ANT751 but was having trouble receiving a channel whose transmitter is only 29 miles away. The RF channel is 7 which is in the hi VHF band. The Winegard HD7694P fixed my problem. I’m now receiving channel 7 with a much stronger and stable signal. I’m also now getting several channels that I wasn’t receiving with the other antenna. Overall I’m very happy with the performance of this antenna.

This is the best outdoor antenna.I can get all the chanels in my area.A good Hi lo for vhf is great.Built with strong metal. The channels are good HD.

Excellent RF 7-36 antenna

In my tests the Winegard HD7694 out performed antennas twice it's size and easily out performed antennas claiming 4 times the range. It is very well built and designed to last for many years.

You just cant go wrong with proven designs Winegard offers!

I've been using and installing Winegard antennas as a "side hustle" for nearly 40 years-mainly this design. Many old timers like myself remember when they were the "Chromstar" series. Anyway had the pleasure of installing the HD7964P on my daughters and her husbands new home in one of the Twin Cities Western suburbs. right off the bat, 95 channels and on top of that, a station from Eau Claire, WI which uses UHF ch. 17 and almost 100 miles away! pretty incredible for UHF. Forget the gimmick high tech "snake oil" oil out there and go with a time tested proven design, I've NEVER been disappointed by this series of Winegard antenna for nearly 40 years!

Provides excellent alternative to web-delivered video

Easy to setup, Easily pulls in large number of stations within 50 miles. HD image quality often exceeds HD cable/internet quality. A solid value!

Reaching out there

by

the antenna worked good alone and I received 29 channels right off the bat. Then I added a signal amplifier and got 35 channels. Then I bought a juice signal booster, installed it with no amplifier and got 107 channels. that is really reaching out there. On a clear day I can receive channels from Cleveland, and I am in Toledo

Good antenna, poor packing.

Excellent product. Went from 2 stations to forty. If I would improve anything it would be to add better packing for shipment as our unit arrived damaged (We were able to repair) from sliding back and forth in the box.
