Space Saving 19" Wide Equipment Rack with Cable Management Raceway

The 19" wide equipment rack frame is designed to accommodate rack mount equipment up to 12 inches deep in a rack only 9 inches deep. Two 1U slanted sections are provided for 12" deep equipment, as well as one horizontal 2U section for equipment up to 6" deep. The rack frame is constructed from heavy duty powder coated steel, with zip tie mounting points throughout for cable management and vented side panels for maximum air flow around installed equipment. In addition to the slanted 1U and horizontal 2U locations, a separate location is provided for the 1U cable management raceway included with the enclosure. Four cable glands are provided on the bottom of the enclosure for cables.

Installation Note: Size of equipment installed in the slanted 1U sections may decrease max. equipment depth in horizontal 2U section to 4" deep.

Dual Cooling Fans Ventilation

This enclosure features dual 4" vents and dual thermostat controlled cooling fans. The low noise, high airflow fans help maintain lower internal temperatures by providing air flow through the enclosure. The fans turn on when the internal temperature reaches 100°F (38°C) and turn off when it drops to 79°F (26°C). Both fans are wired internally, so they do not require the use of the AC outlets, leaving them available for internal equipment use. Rain shrouds on the front door keep rain water from entering the enclosure.

Cable Glands

The enclosure features (4) unique PG-16 cable glands with a closed inner seal, installed in the open ports to maintain the NEMA rating when not in use. When required, punch a hole through the inner membrane, run your cables and tighten for a water-tight seal.

Mounting

Stainless steel brackets are included for secure wall mounting. Optional flange and pole mounting kits are available.
