Altelix Weatherproof Vented Enclosure for August Connect® Wi-Fi Bridge

Extend Signal Coverage to Outdoor Locations

The Altelix August Connect Enclosure is a vented weatherproof enclosure designed to provide added security from vandalism and protection from harsh environments, while allowing ventilation for the August Connect® Wi-Fi Bridge. It features two 3" inch air vents with rain shields and screens.

Rugged Polycarbonate + ABS Construction
This sleek enclosure is molded out of UV resistant Polycarbonate + ABS, an industrial grade plastic with greater strength and durability than standard ABS. It features a gasketed hinged door with dual latches, a stainless steel security screw and provision for padlock. Integrated mounting feet simplify installation. It meets or exceeds NEMA 3R, 3RX and IP24.

Plug and Play Setup
The Altelix WiFi Bridge enclosure provides easy plug-n-play installation. Once the enclosure is mounted, plug the August Connect® WiFi Bridge into the pre-wired 120VAC power outlet. Then plug the enclosure's 5 foot power cord into a 120VAC power outlet and you are up and running.

RF Transparent Design
The non-metallic design of the enclosure and equipment mounting plate is RF transparent and will not interfere with the wireless signal range or coverage pattern of the August Connect® Wi-Fi Bridge.

Complete with Cable Grommets and Glands and Wire Management Straps
For convenience, the included accessory kit contains cable grommets and glands, wall anchors, zip ties, hook-and-loop wire management straps, door locking key and more.

Mounting
The enclosure can be wall mounted using the included wall anchors. An optional pole mount kit is also available for installation on poles up to 8 inches in diameter.
