Protect Your Amazon eero® Gen2 WiFi Mesh Router

The Altelix NP14VFA1C-EER1 is a vented fan cooled weatherproof enclosure designed to provide added security, vandalism and protection from harsh environments, while allowing ventilation for the Amazon eero® Gen2 WiFi mesh router. It features two 3" inch air vents with rain shields and a thermostat controlled cooling fan.

Install Your Amazon eero® Router Securely
This sleek enclosure is molded out of UV resistant Polycarbonate + ABS, an industrial grade plastic with greater strength and durability than standard ABS. It features a gasketed hinged door with dual latches, a stainless steel security screw and provision for padlock. Integrated mounting feet simplify installation. It meets or exceeds NEMA 3R, 3RX and IP24.

Amazon eero® Pro 6 Mesh Router Mount
The NP14VFA1C-EER1 features a mounting cradle specifically designed for the Amazon eero® 2nd Gen Mesh WiFi Router. Installation is easy, simply slide the eero® router into the mounting cradle. For extra security and installations subject to vibrations, an optional hook and loop strap is provided to secure the eero® router within the mounting cradle. The mounting cradle is designed so that it will not interfere with any of the ports on the eero® router such as power and Ethernet.

Cooling Fan Ventilation
The NP14VFA1C-EER1 features dual 3" vents and a thermostat controlled cooling fan. The low noise, high airflow fan helps maintain lower internal temperatures. The fan turns on when the internal temperature reaches 100°F (38°C) and turns off when it drops to 79°F (26°C). The fan is wired internally so it does not require the use of the AC outlets leaving them available for internal equipment use. Rain shrouds on the front door keep rain water from entering the enclosure.

Plug and Play Setup
The NP14VFA1C-EER1 enclosure provides easy plug-n-play installation. Once the eero® Pro 6 is securely mounted inside the enclosure, connect its power supply to the internal 120VAC power outlet. A cable gland and cable grommets on the enclosure allow cables to be connected to the device. Simply plug the enclosure's 5 foot power cord into a power outlet and you are up and running.

RF Transparent Design
The non-metallic design of the enclosure and bracket is RF transparent and will not interfere with the WiFi signal range or coverage pattern.

Complete with Cable Grommets and Glands and Wire Management Straps
For convenience, the included accessory kit contains cable grommets and glands, wall anchors, zip ties, hook-and-loop wire management straps, door locking key and more.

Mounting
The enclosure can be wall mounted using the included wall anchors. An optional pole mount kit is also available for installation on poles up to 8 inches in diameter.
