Good product but had trouble placing order

I had trouble placing my order on-line over a 24 hour period. I finally called Solid Signal and the associate told me to clear my cookies in my browser and try again. After I did that, the order went through. I received the SignalScout the next day and have been happy with it. Since Solid Signal ships orders promptly, I will purchase additional items from them in the future. The Signal Scout works well. I did find that you need to press the stylus pen firmly to select items. In my opinion, it is necessary to have a signal meter that measures signal power in dBm to install and align TV antennas. I just wish it had ATSC 3.0 capability for the upcoming TV standard. (I did get a power level reading from a local ATSC 3.0 station, just no SNR reading.)

We do a lot of commercial and residential antenna and communications work , this is an excellent meter for aligning over the air antennas, the fact that it gives bit error correction as well as actual signal strenght, it’s a must have tool for getting the best possible signal and reducing installation labor time!
Well worth the price!

I was a bit skeptical about spending this much for an off-air signal meter, but I now feel that it's well worth the price. It makes aiming and optimizing an antenna super easy. We travel in an RV and it's often tricky to aim our off-air antenna for the best reception. This meter makes it a breeze. There are several YouTube videos that really help explain all of the features.
