Blonder Tongue Preamp.

Wish I knew what this was when I ordered this. Had never heard of this brand. Got Galaxy III preamp. Has separate VHF an UHF inputs. Great for me. Eith Channel 8 and 10 from San Diego (La Jolla 22 mile) CBS, ABC or for and any VHF station in Los Angeles area if the come in. 4 (was KWHY 22 or weak stations that won't come in ATSC 3 shopping on channel 6, 4. 7, 9, 11 and ATSC 3 13. Maybe PBS from San Bernardino of ch. 5 (24). Had luck with some stations in the summer on UHF and VHF. 100 feet to tv from antenna. Web sites say are is week or nothing like antennaweb.. Even Televes. Can't find output. Must be in black box. Great savings. In area Uhf at one edge OK for San Diego usually. 35 miles. Some Mexico. About 50 miles.

After reviewing now testing. Since it had 300 ohm output I bought coax connectors and tested vhf. Used rg11 wire. Passed through my channel 8 but power adapter got very hot. Not sure I trust it. I have a piece some 300 ohm wire I might test on a old small Channel Master 2 bow tie UHF antenna. Already had got from Amazon mid priced adjustable gain amps. Seperate VHF and UHF adjustable. 1 of 2 work. GE too. Cheap coax wire output. from power.
