The Hopper works just like it should

The hopper was a recon, but looked like a brand new one. We had a dish man come out and set our system up and am so happy with out purchase.
I'd recommend this place.

Wow! This is weird.

They sent me a receiver, that was supposedly, new or remanufactured. I couldn't activate it, as it was active in another name. WOW! They did, immediately, start a return process. And, said they would ship out another unit. They were as surprised, as I was. They seem to be trying very hard, to make it right.
