I needed an economical basic antenna to receive UHF channels. I live approximately 10 miles from the transmitters and I auto tuned 78 channels. I’m not sure how strong reception would be at greater distances but I am very pleased with the performance of this antenna.

A nice little bowtie style antenna that offers good reception in strong to moderate signal areas. Construction is largely solid. The stand offer hardwhere which connects the receiving elements to the reflective could be a bit more solid with some better washers but it works ok if you keep it aligned properly while tightening. For the price I’m happy with the quality and reception.

I was using and old leaf antenna that had seen better days and needed an upgrade. Took a chance on this for an attic installation and am very impressed! Build quality is great considering the price. I am fairly close to the broadcast towers, so all my UHF channels came in strong (90+% strength) without any amplification. I even have a local station on high-VHF channel 12 that is coming in at around 70% signal strength despite showing "Fair" on rabbitears and without any amplification. Excellent buy for a first try antenna!
