What an absolutely terrible product.

The absolute worst product I have ever come across in my 13 yrs rv'ing. The dish is stuck in the up position. Every remedy has failed to retract it. The last option is to climb up onto the roof, with tools, and manually disassemble the dish. Carrying a tool box up the ladder of an Rv is very dangerous but thats the only option. How could this piece of crap not automatically lower when the RV is put in gear. If I could give a-100 stars for this piece of junk, I would.
