I think it is OK

Item was delivered in original packaging, and did not include any instructions. Once I figured it out, it took overnight to reach fully charged. Not sure if that is normal or not, but it appears to be working. Seems well built.

A small but hefty device, and presumably well-built. The teeny weeny instruction sheet that comes with it is not much help -- whoever wrote it is not particularly familiar with English, and it is almost unreadable -- even with a magnifying glass! It came about 75% charged, and it did charge up to 100%. If we have a power outage we will put it to the test.

Very useful unit, easy to use and very compact for all it can do. Very bright light that could be used as an emergency tool. Has weight, and well built. Might I add the packing was very secure….and much appreciated!

Received the charger today, appears to be as described. We have a few 20,000 banks, though neither of them are capable at charging a laptop as this one is If anything crops up, we'll definitely update our review. We should add, the instructions are very hard to decipher, "Broken English" at best.

Nice unit! Instructions are a bit non existent. Some confusion as to if a USB C could be used to charge it and it was slow to charge using an Apple charger but did work. Looking forward to using it to charge iPaids and such…
