This clearstream is merely a single vhf high band(7-13) dipole and a dual full wave uhf loop with a reflector so it has no more gain than a 2 bay bowtie antenna on uhf and vhf gain is zero over the reference standard dipole(DBd) Claimed gain and range seems to be exaggerated as are most these days.

Works great as indoor antenna and long distance with an amp

My location is on a ridge in Boone NC facing east and using antenna indoors along with CM7777 30db gain UHF/VHF amp. I'm receiving Charlotte, Greensboro / High Point / Winston-Salem, and sometimes even Raleigh / Durham markets. I have scanned in as many as 30 channels - which is great for this area.

I live 30 to 47 miles away from broadcasting channels.I get 18 channels so far without tweaking antenna.
