Great People Make a Great Company

We received our Hopper 3 in good shape. It was double boxed and secure in its own box. Had some issues with Dish, when I called Solid Signal for support, Jason was on top of his game, he was very patient and in short order he had educated me so that I could help the Dish folks. Many kudos to Jason in satellite support group. Ask for him he is great. Any future needs Solid Signal will be my go to people. Olivia in sales was very helpful helping through my purchase. Fantastic Receiver

I ordered the product on a Friday with standard shipping, I received it on that Sunday, 48 hours later! Solid Signal is incredible with their shipping. Within an hour, I had it unpacked and connected. After I powered it up, it did a software update, and then it was ready to activate. I called Dish Network and they activated it within minutes. So, what can I add, all went perfect from start to finish. The Hopper 3 is a great receiver. works perfect and is loaded with features. With 16 tuners, it is probably overkill for what I need, but if you want the very best, this is the one to get!

I've owned a Dish Hopper 3 for several years and although it has some issues, it's overall a good receiver. I was surprised to see that purchases made with Solid Signal go through Dish Network and have to be approved by Dish Network before the order is processed. This is actually fine with me there should be no hassles when it comes to activating the receiver.
