The DuraComm IQ-4 smart charger battery backup silently monitors the standby battery terminal voltage and adjusts the DPS power supply output voltage in order to keep the battery fully charged without destructive over-charging. This battery backup is designed to charge the 13.8 VDC DuraComm DPS-15/30/45/55/75 power supplies. THE IQ-4 IS TO BE USED ONLY WHEN THE DPS IS USED AS A BATTERY CHARGER.
