Harger's Ground Inspection Well is designed to be used as an access point to ensure that your grounding system is fully functional. It also provides a visual inspection of the grounding rings connecting to ground rods. This inspection well is for use in non-vehicular traffic areas. To prevent desplacement by frost, the access well must be longer than the frost line is deep.
