The description says galvanized steel, and the photo looks like galvanized steel, but the mast I got sure looks like stainless. Wow! what a deal.

Also Blocks To Weight Down The Solid Signal SKY32816 Non-penetrating Roof Mount Base - Can Be Bought At Lowes Home Improvement Store I Found Them Inside Aisle 20 At My Local Lowes Store Next To Caps Type Blocks I Pick The Caps Blocks Because They Are More Solid 16x8x8 inches You May Have To Stack One Sideways and One Flat To Fit In Each Square Do To The Nuts and Bolts Get In The Way.
