It works great, bought it thinking that this was my problem but it ended up being the pre-amp built into the antenna.

Used this with the Televes Antenna Dinova Boss Mix. Without this plugged in, I was getting some stations being pixelated. After plugged in, they came in clear. The stations were approximately 50 miles away with one mountain/hill in between. Nice.
