Best For
TV antennas, radio antennas, cellular boosters, weather stations, LoRa gateway antennas, security cameras, and outdoor Wi-Fi equipment that need a standard 1.25-inch mast and additional mounting height.
Why Choose the Winegard TB-0005?
The TB-0005 is a 5-foot mast made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for outdoor installations. One end is swedged so compatible mast sections can be stacked to create additional height when the installation and loading requirements allow.
Key Benefits
- 5-foot antenna mast
- 1.25-inch outside diameter
- Approximately 1.15-inch inside diameter
- 18-gauge galvanized-steel construction
- Swedged end for stacking compatible mast sections
- Suitable for a wide range of antenna and outdoor-equipment applications
- Made in the USA
Who Should Buy the TB-0005?
Homeowners and professional installers who need a standard-diameter galvanized mast for compatible antennas or lightweight outdoor equipment.
What's Included
- One 5-foot swedged mast section
Installation Notes
Confirm equipment clamp diameter, total mast height, wind load, guying or bracing requirements, mounting structure, grounding, and local code requirements before installation. Stacking mast sections increases structural loads and should be evaluated for the specific installation.

sturdy enough for the intended application
by Bill
I have not yet installed these mast sections but they are heavy enough and they fit together as intended. These are to replace fiberglass mast sections that do not survive winds. Winds are a prominent 'feature' of planet Earth:)
Good price, solid solution!

These are super handy with Gable mounts and the extendable option for light antennas is great.
Great product, great experience with seller
by Steve
The quality of these masts is great. I guess I should have expected it, given that I think Winegard has a great reputation, but opening the package, I was immediately impressed with how sturdy they are. Can't wait to install them! Glad I found "SolidSignal".. I was going to buy the same thing from another vendor, but the shipping costs were crazy. SolidSignal's system seemed to understand it was just as easy to pack and ship 3 of these as one, and didn't gouge on the shipping!!
New mast, antenna and pre amp...
by Doghouse Reilly
After an extreme storm bent my antenna mast down 20 degrees, I decided to replace my Winegard Elite (WE7550A) with a new HD7698P, three TB-0005 mast and a LNA-200 pre-amp. I sprayed some silicon on the swedged part of the mast and they fit right in with no fighting. Other than that, this is a two man job...this is not a small antenna and you certainly do not want to bend or break any of the elements. Take your time during assembly and you should be OK. Now the good news...138 channels received in a south west suburb about 25 miles from Chicago, almost all very stable at 100 percent signal strength. Isn't that what makes a good TV antenna?

Great mast and price. Very sturdy and durable. Works perfectly for my VHF/UHF Antenna, and also with my weather stations.
Very solid, reliable antenna mast!
by Matt
A very solid, reliable antenna mast! My previous Winegard 5ft Swedged Mast (TB-0005) lasted 15 years before 90 MPH winds blew over the antenna. I replaced both the antenna and the mast.
