Volume control does not operate properly
Easy To Use

I found my radio easy to use and love the fact it is like the old transistor radios.
Volume control does not work properly
by Dotty
The volume control dial moves in a complete circle and the volume ranges from very loud to sort of loud with no ability to make it softer. I've had several of these pocket radios over the years and before this, there was no problem with adjusting the volume.
Great little radio

Using in Chicago area

Very strong signal on AM in west Chicago suburbs. Came in handy during tornado warnings last week. Like the presets. Very satisfied with purchase.
A Very Good Travel/Pocket Radio
by Tango Victor
This is a nice pocket radio with a handy pocket clip. It has very good reception and speaker sound quality for a radio of its size. I'll have to get used to the separate plug-in FM antenna as I'm more used to a telescopic whip antenna; but, I don't think it will take much effort.
flimsly case on a nice radio.
by Steve Greene
I bought this radio because I recall testimonials from a famous San Francisco radio station years ago about C. Crane radios. I could have gotten a radio for 1/3 the price with the same capability. I was willing to spend more on quality. The radio portion seems to work fine, but I was surprised at how thin and flimsy the outside plastic shell is. It didn't feel like quality. It is not nearly as nice as the other small radios I have earned. I will have to take consolation in the fact that the radio innards are better.
An earfull of baseball
by Buzz357
I ordered this mainly to listen to play-by-play during baseball games. It has a handy belt clip and should work well. It looks sturdy as well.
Awesome!!!

I had one of those a number of years ago and lost the back of it and have no idea where it is now. I loved it then and sorely miss it. I won't be able to afford it yet but am actively saving up for a new one as my income is limited. I can hardly wait!
Will buy another!

Great product. Wish I had known about it sooner. Wouldn't have wasted time with cheap knockoffs. Thanks!
