I ordered TWO of these "DIRECTV" remotes after one had several keys that would not work. After researching on line, i found that SOLID SIGNAL had the exact remotes for the most economical price. I ordered TWO in anticipation of another remote failing in the near future. They communicated with me very well. Sent e-mails to track the shipment and the order arrived in just 3 days… The remote(s) were just as I had ordered and included batteries and instructions on HOW to program to my TV and DIRECTV receiver along with a link to an on line "how to program" your DIRECTV remote. I now have SolidSignal saved in my bookmarks under "electronics". I highly recommend...

The unit arrived in good time and condition. However, the set-up instructions didn't match anything on our DTV system. Using my "hacking" skills, I was able to navigate the menus and get the unit working as expected.
