weBoost Drive Reach OTR Cellular Signal Booster Kit Truck Edition (477154)

I work in the oil and gas industry out in West Virginia, this antenna has brought my hot spot from 1-2 bars to 3-4 and my phone from no bars to 1-2 bars. The install was simple and I love this antenna.

I love my System, once I arrive to my campsite or where I'm heading I usually do a speed test with an app, it's always nice to have real proof that something works. AND it 100% helps, if it didn't I would of sent back this product back but it is the REAL DEAL. Price is hefty but for what you get extremely beneficial. Also customer service is unbelievably quick and responsive. You will be pleased.

Does not perform as well as I thought it would

I have 2 of the Reach and 3 of the 4G-X and they give me signal on 7.5 hours of a 8 hour drive. Without the booster the phone works less than 3 intermittent hours of the drive. I've also had the spring mount antenna and no issues with rusting. A necessity in the north.

Have not installed yet but I'm not happy with my initial dealings with weBoost, booster is advertised as being able to use mobile, or stationary, but it does not come with a DC/DC adapter which is needed if your going to use it while on the road, called tech line to find out what they recommended on how to wire for on the road, and was told there is an adapter I could purchase (which is now coming in all new shipments of the Reach RV booster)and though mine was just purchased did not come with one. I was not even offered the adapter at no or discounted cost, but was given part number and advised how to order one. I reluctantly ordered at a cost with shipping of almost $50.00, needless to say I'm not really happy, just hoping the booster performs as described.

My job puts me driving all over remote locations where service is spotty if not nonexistent. This booster works so much better than I expected it to. No more issues getting a call or text out to co workers or other clients and no more worries about my child's daycare not being able to reach me if needed. Thanks for the awesome device weboost!

The booster has consistently given me more signal when there is signal to be had. Sometimes 4G will push over to 5G. Keep in mind that it can only boost what's there; terrain, carrier, weather, etc are all factors in how well it will do. Overall this device has made a significant improvement in most situations for me on both ATT and Verizon for me. The downside is that I too am having the spring rust out on my antenna mount. It's unfortunate but I don't think it warrants a 1 star review; the rusty spring doesn't change the performance of the device itself. Because it's a standard CB style mount one could replace it with another brand or better coated mount.

The product works okay but the hardware is rusting after four months. I have reached out to the company but no one responds

So far I've only tested the weboost near my local river where I never have coverage. I'm able to have coverage in all areas.
