The new CC Radio-EP PRO is an enhanced version of the original EP. Simple controls with superior selectivity and sensitivity. The portable CCRadio-EP PRO could be considered a super radio; built for ease of use and outstanding long-range AM with our C. Crane Twin Coil Ferrite® AM Antenna. FM performance is excellent. Best AM radio for the money. The dial accuracy and frequency stability of the EP PRO is superior to our original EP model.
Great for listening to news talk, NPR®, music, and sports. The EP PRO has separate bass and treble adjustment controls for defined music and accurate and lively voice reproduction.
A large, 5-inch speaker is combined with a hi-fidelity amplifier. AM programs can be adjusted to sound similar to FM because of a "Wide/Narrow" enhancement switch and the fine tuning control of the Twin Coil Ferrite Antenna

I bought one and was very impressed with range and how clear channels came in. So I got a second one. One for the bedroom and one for the van. The one in the van has pulled in stations from in the middle of nowhere. This radio is a keeper. One of the better radios I've owned.

Nice radio that works as well as advertised. Reception is equal to that of the CC Radio 2e. This was a brand new first quality unit. Service from Solid Signal was outstanding. I ordered on a Thursday using the free shipping option and it was delivered early on the following Sunday. It was securely packed. I won't hesitate to order from Solid Signal in the future.

Superior Product and Superior Service. I knew the manufacturer was known for many excellent products, but had never dealt with Solid Signal. They had the best total price (product + shipping) that I could find. Ordered. A very few days later the product arrived. A co-worker liked it so well I let them have it and immediately ordered another. This was on Thursday afternoon. On Sunday a text from FedEx told me I had my replacement radio. The packaging was excellent. There was so much bubble wrap in (especially the 2nd pkg.) that the manufacturers box within the shipping box literally could not move. Very well pleased. Oh, the radio is very simple to operate and tunes in stations that cannot be heard with most radios. In case you can't pick up a given station with the built-in antennas there are provisions for external antennas for both AM and FM. (No! I wasn't paid to say this. It's that good.)
