Well made and excellent reception- even in attic

I live ~30 miles from the main broadcast antenna's but am on the back side of a hill. I also am in a townhouse which does not allow outdoor antenna's. I was not able to get any signal with a few indoor antenna's I tried. I picked this antenna as it looked like the largest and best one out there. I was not disappointed as it picked up 54 channels, plus the very hard to pick up Low power UHF station from Fox. It is well made a sturdy and just fit in my attic.

Im still not getting the channels clear, and the antenna is extra large and difficult to install
No Amplifier Needed

Live in mountains 35 miles to towers, pulls channels in, NO AMPLIFIER NEEDED. Tried an amplifier upon antenna install, caused too strong of signal, removed amplifier and TV channels came in, clear shows, like you were at show source.

Disappointed, doesn't work any better than the $40 antenna I was using. Was hoping to pick up VHF station 40 miles away.

I purchased the HD8200XL to pick up other stations about 80 miles away 2 years ago,and I put it on a rotor and a 36db booster I get exactly 80 miles during the day & at night at least 100 with my setup..Fantastic!!
